Flat rate shipping $9.95 Australia post tracked

Express Postage $13.95 via Australia Post and sent same day when ordered before Midday

All orders are shipped by Australia Post parcel bags.

How long your order take?

When you order from our store, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery*

* Please note that due to Covid Australia Post are having delays with parcels and they may take longer.

How quickly do you dispatch?

toffey will post your items the next business day.

I'm not in Australia

Unfortunately at this point in time toffey only ships within Australia.

Which courier do you use?

Our preferred courier is Australia post. When you make a purchase from toffey, we will send you an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your items here. If you cannot find toffey emails, please first check your email junk folder. If you still cannot locate, please write to us at hello@toffey.com.au so she we can help to sort it out with you.

Delivery

All orders are sent with a tracking number through Australia Post.

You are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery details are on your order whether a home or business address. If a business address please be aware that Toffey is not liable for any parcels delivered to the business address being accepted by someone else at the business at time of delivery. 

If for some reason you have not received your order and believe it is missing or lost it is your responsibility to contact Australia post and follow their process in locating your parcel.
